Dr. Dinesh Pai has been honored by His Excellency the President of India recognizing his 21 years of meritorious service in NCC. President has awarded him with honorary major rank for his life time achievement. The rank was decorated by Colonel Dinesh Naikavde, NCC Group Commander (Mangalore) in a ceremony recently held in Mangalore.
Dr Dinesh Pai has served as an officer in 18 Karnataka Battalion NCC unit of Mangalore. Currently he is working as Associate Professor in Department of Hindi at Sacred Heart College, Mandanthyaar.
