Mangalore University has awarded PhD degree to Dr George Albert Rodrigues, Chief Librarian, St. Aloysius College (Autonomous), Mangalore, for his thesis “A Study of Organizational Culture and Change Management in the Academic Library and Information Centres in Coastal Karnataka”.
