Mangalore, June 10
AMUCT Office Bearers led by President Dr Norbert Lobo, met the new Joint Director in-charge, Shri Siddarama on Monday, June 9, 2014 at his office and assured him full cooperation in his work in Mangalore.
Dr A.M Narahari, former President of FUCTAK and AMUCT briefed him about the recent circulars and orders from the Department of Collegiate Education especially on the notional increment and the stand taken by the Association in this regard. Dr Norbert Lobo also pointed out few problems faced by the teachers of Mangalore region in recent days.
In return, Joint Director assured that his top priority is to see that teachers get their salary in time. He also promised that he will look after teachers' problems on priority basis
